The Bill Cody Ranch is in the 2.5 million acre Shoshone National Forest, halfway between Yellowstone National Park and Cody. Guest accommodations include cabins and a private home with mountain views.  Meal and activity package available. No minimum stays.      Rate:  $$$$

Blackwater Creek Ranch is located at the intersection of Blackwater Creek and the North Fork of the Shoshone River. Facilities feature restaurant, bar, laundry, pool, hot tub, and authentic 1930's western cabins.  Ranch activities include horseback riding, fly fishing, river rafting, horseshoes, volleyball, billiards, ping-pong, and western rodeos. Trail rides through the spectacular Absaroka mountains, at times rising to altitudes of nearly 10,000 feet.      Rate:  $$$$$

DNR Ranch is located halfway between Yellowstone National Park and Cody. The main lodge, built in 1905, is the oldest home on the Yellowstone Highway. The ranch activities include trail rides, fishing trips, cookouts, and hunting.  The eight rustic cabins have private bath, at least two bedrooms, porch with view of 10,400 foot Jim Mountain.      Rate:  $$$-$$$$$

Double Diamond X is located in the picturesque South Fork Valley 34 miles southwest of Cody. Facilty with pool, hot tub, meeting rooms, and restaurant.  Accommodation feature five log cabins and seven additional units with private bath in the Trail House. The cabins sleep from four to seven in two bedrooms, each with one or two baths.      Rate:  $$$$

Rustic style lodge & cabins in the Shoshone National Forest 6 miles outside the east entrance of Yellowstone. The main lodge has a restaurant, sitting area, fireplace and bar. All knotty pine cabins have bathrooms. Weekly chuck wagon rides,  story telling around the campfire. Activities include horseback riding, fishing, hiking, biking, chuck wagon cookouts, snowmobiling, skiing, ice climbing. Horseback riding and fishing packages available.      Rate:  $$

Hunter Peak Ranch facilities include dining room, cabins, and lodge rooms. Activities can include horseback riding, and.guided fly fishing. The lodge rooms have two bedrooms, kitchenette, and bath.  All of the cabins except one, have a woodstove, kitchenette, and bath. Some cabins are on the Clarks Fork River. Accommodations, horseback riding, guided fishing, and meals are purchased seperately.      Rate:  $$$

Rimrock Ranch is located on Canyon Creek, halfway between Yellowstone National Park and Cody. Ranch features pool, restaurant, and airport shuttle.  All cabins are located on both sides of Canyon Creek, and are modern, with private baths, and maid service.   Cabin with private bath, maid service, hearty meals served family style, a horse & tack for each guest, experienced cowboy wranglers, breakfast ride, river float trip, rodeo, all day ride, tour of Yellowstone park, cowboy singing, and airport shuttle.  Rate:  $$$$$

Seven D Ranch, located in the scenic and remote Sunlight Basin, 50 miles northwest of Cody, in the Absaroka Mountains. Facility features main lodge with Molesworth furniture, and 11 rustic log cabins  Activities include horseback riding, fishing for brook & cutthroat trout, hiking, and unting. The Shoshone Lodge is located in the Shoshone National Forest, four miles outside the East Entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
