mountain goats, moose, black bears, grizzly bears, wolves and a
host of other large and small mammals. This tour starts in
the cosmopolitan and culturally busy mountain town of Banff,
driving through the Rockies and two national parks to the
Columbia Valley on the western slope. Continue over the
Kicking Horse Pass through more spectacular scenery to the
Columbia Icefields where you can board specially built
SnoCoaches for tours of the Athabasca Glacier. In the
village of Jasper, you will find a lower key mountain town. |
